Useless Fact of the week.



Believe it or not but there is actually a phobia for the number 666 and believe it or not the name of this phobia is Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia (Don't bother trying to pronounce it, it is impossible). But as crazy as it is to have a fear of a number, 666 has been linked to the "devil" (which originated in the bible, which indicated that it was the number of the "beast") and people with this fear will actually go to great lengths to avoid anything related to the number 666.

    yes there was this cow lady who used to come into the sub shop i used to work at who ordered the same thing every time and it always cost $6.66, and she would always freak out and say charge her more. what a stupid bitch. 666 is a code early christians came up with to refer to the emperor nero. it has never referred to anyone or anything else than that one person.

    another fun fact, I saw a slipknot poster on some kids wall like 6 years ago that said 'if you're 555 then i'm 666' which doesn't make sense at all, why would someone be '555' ? lol

    Interesting. How very very interesting. Can't seem to imagine someone being afraid of a set of numbers. It's probably linked to the fact that it is the supposed devils number. EVERYONES AFRAID OF HIM!
